Sometimes it’s not easy to stay motivated – you might have lots going on, or just no energy to get through the day. But it’s important to know how to motivate yourself to get important things done, even if you don’t feel like it right now. Luckily, there are things we can do to increase our self-motivation.
In this unit, we’ve pulled together some resources which can help young people stay motivated and keep themselves on track. We’ve provided some questions to stimulate reflection and thinking, and explained some simple concepts with the aim of expanding their thinking.
