Unit 29 – Workplace responsibilities

You have rights at work, but you also have responsibilities. Your employer is paying you to do a job that they need completed. If you choose not to do that job, or if you don’t do it in a way that is safe, then you could be in breach of your responsibilities.

In this unit, we’ve pulled together some resources which introduce students to their responsibilities in the workplace. We’ve provided some questions to stimulate reflection and thinking, and explained some simple concepts with the aim of expanding their thinking.
