This short activity asks students to colour in some characters doing a variety of jobs, and to think about the way they choose to colour them in. Subconscious bias impacts many of our decisions, and can be limiting for students who rule out jobs that don’t fit with how they see themselves.

This short activity could be conducted in class or a mentor session, or students could be given the opportunity to reflect at home.
