The Stress Bucket

This useful tool can help students visualise the amount of things they have on their plate. Students may find that this process helps them accept that they are doing their best, and that they are coping with a wide range of stressors in their lives.

Once students fill their bucket, they are prompted to think of ways they can reduce the pressure.

Teacher Notes
This short activity could be conducted in class or a mentor session, or students could be given the opportunity to reflect at home.

We help teachers embed quality career learning within their lessons, so students can relate their work to their life once school is over.
